We’re partnered with a fast-growing AI scale-up following an extremely successful Seed round, backed by top-tier international venture funds. The company is scaling rapidly and already seeing strong traction with enterprise customers.
They are looking for a Tech Lead to take technical ownership of the backend systems powering an AI-driven automation platform. You’ll remain hands-on while providing technical direction across a small, high-impact engineering team, helping shape the architecture and future scalability of the platform.
What You’ll Do:
- Own technical direction and architecture across key backend systems
- Design and scale distributed, event-driven microservices using Go, AWS and Kafka
- Lead technical decisions, code reviews and engineering best practices
- Mentor engineers and support the team’s technical development
- Collaborate with AI, Product and Engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions
- Stay hands-on, contributing to complex technical challenges
What You’ll Bring:
- Strong backend experience with Go or Python
- Experience with distributed systems, microservices and Kafka
- Proven experience making architectural and technical decisions
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD
- Strong SQL & NoSQL database knowledge
- Previous experience mentoring engineers or acting as a Tech Lead
Salary: €80,000-€110,000 + Share Options Scheme
