As a Tech Lead, you will drive the technical vision and hands-on development of Data Fabric products. You’ll lead and mentor engineers, establish best practices, and deliver robust, secure, and high-performing solutions across the stack – from modern UIs to backend integration. Your leadership will shape the engineering culture and ensure alignment between technology and business goals.

- Proven experience in a Tech Lead, Lead Developer, or similar leadership role.
- Strong hands-on development background in TypeScript, React, Next.js, and modern frontend architectures.
- Experience delivering full-stack solutions, including working knowledge of Java and Spring Boot.
- Deep understanding of REST APIs, authentication flows (OAuth2, JWT), and secure development practices.
- Ability to guide system design decisions and implement scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with React Query, Redux Toolkit, PostgreSQL, and containerized/cloud-native environments.
- Exposure to observability tools (OpenTelemetry, Micrometer) and automated testing frameworks (Vitest, Playwright, JUnit).
