Job Description

Position Mission

Ensure the strategic and tactical execution of the team, with high autonomy for decision-making, strong analytical reading of indicators, and the ability to translate strategic directions into concrete actions, fostering experimentation and technological innovation to accelerate results and sustain business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Act with autonomy in tactical and operational decision-making, assuming full responsibility for the impacts generated;
• Perform critical, analytical, and continuous reading of performance indicators, identifying causes, risks, and opportunities;
• Convert metrics and insights into clear action plans, moving the team toward strategic goals;
• Ensure alignment between the backlog, team priorities, and strategic guidelines defined by leadership;
• Exercise critical thinking, questioning approaches, proposing alternatives, and anticipating technical and business impacts;
• Foster experimentation and technological innovation strategies, promoting:
  • controlled testing of solutions, tools, or technical approaches;
  • rapid, data-driven learning;
  • continuous evolution of the platform, products, and processes.
• Act as a facilitator of a safe environment for experimentation, with discipline in validating hypotheses and measuring results;
• Build and sustain solid relationships with strategic areas (Products, Data, Infra, etc.), forming alliances that accelerate:
  • product launches,
  • delivery of new features,
  • reduction of organizational bottlenecks and dependencies.
• Be a reference for maturity, professional conduct, and decision-making, raising the team's technical and analytical level;
• Ensure predictability, quality, and focus on execution, with systematic monitoring of results.

Essential Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience in coordination, technical leadership, or high-responsibility roles;
• Strong analytical capacity, with practical experience in reading, interpreting, and using indicators for decision-making;
• Concrete track record of working with real autonomy, going beyond executing directives;
• Excellent ability to understand, interpret, and implement strategic guidelines from leadership;
• Experience in contexts of experimentation, technological innovation, and continuous improvement, with a focus on measurable impact;
• Clear, objective, and mature communication, including with executive audiences;
• Solid interpersonal relationships, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and align multiple areas;
• Systemic business vision, understanding impacts in the short, medium, and long term.
