Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Technical Account Manager with strong cloud technology expertise, end-to-end project management experience, and excellent leadership skills. The candidate will be responsible for managing technical accounts, leading project delivery, handling customer escalations, and ensuring successful execution of cloud-based projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end technical account management and customer engagements.
• Lead projects from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Manage cloud-based projects and technical delivery across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers and stakeholders.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional technical teams.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables.
• Handle critical customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
• Drive SLA management, service delivery, and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct stakeholder meetings, project reviews, and governance calls.
• Ensure end-to-end ownership of project execution and delivery.
• Identify opportunities for cloud optimization and technology improvements.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in IT / Cloud / Technical Account Management.
• Strong experience in AWS / Azure / GCP cloud platforms.
• Proven experience in end-to-end project management.
• Experience in technical leadership and team management.
• Strong customer relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience in escalation and incident management.
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure, migration, networking, and DevOps.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification.
• AWS / Azure / GCP certifications.
• Experience handling enterprise customers and large-scale projects.
• Strong experience in technical delivery and service management.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Must have cloud technology exposure.
• Must have project management and team leadership experience.
• Strong end-to-end project delivery ownership.
• Immediate joiners or candidates serving notice preferred.
• Candidates from Hyderabad and Bangalore preferred.
