Expertise: T24/Temenos Transact, Technical Support, Integration

Job Summary

Responsible for technical analysis, T24 application support, troubleshooting, configuration, integration, testing, and technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze T24 technical requirements.
Support T24 modules and application components.
Troubleshoot technical incidents and defects.
Support interfaces and system integrations.
Coordinate with developers and infrastructure teams.
Participate in SIT/UAT and deployment activities.
Prepare technical documentation.

Requirements

2+ years of relevant experience.
T24/Temenos Transact experience.
Banking technology experience.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Knowledge of T24 integrations and interfaces.
