Technical Architect - Java/AWS/Distributed Systems

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Technical Architect to define and drive technical architecture across multiple engineering teams. The role focuses on designing scalable, resilient, secure, and cloud-native applications using Java, Spring Boot, AWS, microservices, event-driven architecture, and modern integration patterns.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and drive technical architecture across multiple engineering teams and software domains.

- Design large-scale distributed systems using Java, Spring Boot, microservices, modular architecture, and REST APIs.

- Develop scalable and resilient AWS cloud-native architectures with a focus on security, performance, and cost efficiency.

- Guide event-driven architecture, API design, asynchronous integration, messaging, and data flow patterns.

- Establish architecture standards, reusable patterns, technical guardrails, and decision-making processes.

- Lead technical discovery for complex initiatives, including architecture blueprints, transition states, ADRs, RFCs, and technical roadmaps.

Requirements :

- Extensive experience in software architecture and large-scale distributed systems.

- Proven experience at Staff, Principal, or equivalent senior architecture level.

- Strong technical expertise in Java, Spring Boot, AWS, and modern software architecture.

- Hands-on experience with architecture design, implementation guidance, and technical decision-making.
