  • Ensure technical consistency and visual quality according to platform requirements.
  • Collaborate with the team, actively participate in discussions and feedback loops, and deliver high-quality environment assets.
  • Proficiency with Unreal Engine 5.
  • Solid understanding of the Nanite and Lumen pipelines.
  • Hands-on experience with shader setup, World Partition, and technical documentation.
  • Strong and confident English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with people from different cultural and professional backgrounds.
  • Ability to process feedback, identify the most important points, and turn them into actionable improvements.
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Open-mindedness and willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and workflows.

Will be a plus:

  • Previous professional experience working with Unreal Engine 5.
  • Understanding of real-time rendering constraints across multiple platforms, including PC and consoles.
  • Basic scripting knowledge for tools and workflows using Python, C#, or Blueprints.
