Technical Business Analyst- Salesforce

We’re looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join a large enterprise technology team, working across Salesforce and Cybersecurity initiatives.
This is a hands-on BA role where you’ll bridge business, technology and security teams, helping ensure Salesforce solutions are technically sound, secure and aligned to business requirements.
What you’ll be doing

• Elicit and document technical, business and security requirements
• Analyse Salesforce configurations, workflows, flows, permission sets and sharing models
• Review Salesforce integrations and identify security or operational risks
• Support security assessments using OWASP and NIST principles
• Work closely with Salesforce Admins, Developers, Architects and Cybersecurity teams
• Facilitate workshops and translate technical requirements into clear user stories
• Support testing, release and deployment activities

What we’re looking for

• Strong Technical Business Analysis experience
• Hands-on Salesforce administration/configuration knowledge
• Understanding of Salesforce security, integrations and APIs
• Foundational knowledge of OWASP, NIST, IAM and cybersecurity risk
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping and workshop facilitation skills
• Excellent stakeholder management across business and technical teams

Salesforce certifications and exposure to security certifications such as CompTIA Security+ or ISC2 CC will be highly regarded.
