Technical Business Analyst
Summary
Analyzes banking systems, logs, and data to troubleshoot issues, map requirements, and ensure quality via SQL, Jira, and Java-based testing.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst and/or Functional Tester.
- Mandatory experience in the banking domain.
- Experience working in a Java-based environment is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the perseverance to follow issues through to successful resolution.
- Hands-on experience in incident/problem management and change management processes.
- Ability to analyze system backend logs, perform data mapping, and categorize data for troubleshooting and business analysis.
- Experience in conducting functional testing and backend testing, ensuring complete traceability between business requirements and test cases.
- Proficient in SQL for data validation, analysis, and testing activities.
- Strong working knowledge of Jira for requirement, defect, and project tracking.
- Basic development knowledge in a Java environment is preferred.
