font-size: 12px;">Key objectives of this Role</span></strong></h4><h4><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 12px;">Technology Roadmap and Strategic Product Planning:</span></h4><ul><li><h4><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 12px;">Co-develop a market-driven product strategy and work closely with engineering teams to execute the strategy and engage customers, achieving a leadership position in the industry.</span></h4></li><li><h4><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 12px;">Communicate product strategy and roadmap with clarity and purpose to all internal and external stakeholders.</span></h4></li><li><h4><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 12px;">Execute planned product roadmap based on customer challenges, market trends, and technological advancements.</span></h4></li><li><h4><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 12px;">Bridge the gap between business objectives and technological innovation, facilitating the creation of differentiated ADAS products from concept to launch.</span></h4></li></ul><h4></h4><h4><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 12px;"><u>Product Lifecycle Management:</u></span></h4><ul><li><h4><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 12px;">Collaborate with product teams, cross-functional partners, and external vendors to define MRDs (Market Requirement Document) and GTM (Go-To-Market) strategies for next-gen products, ensuring seamless module builds, co-development of high-precision components, and system integration.</span></h4></li><li><h4><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 12px;">Translate MRDs into actionable Product Requirements Documents (PRD) and evangelize products to internal and external stakeholders.</span></h4></li><li><h4><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 12px;">Lead the definition and execution of proof-of-concept projects as required to develop innovative technical solutions for the products.</span></h4></li></ul><h4></h4><h4><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 12px;">Spearhead the creation of ADAS product architecture, analysis, and modeling, providing strategic technical recommendations to leadership.</span></h4></li><li><h4><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 12px;">Cultivate relationships with key OEMs, existing customers, decision-makers, and ecosystem partners to proactively understand their problems, requirements and explain Visteon’s product strategy and capability.</span></h4></li><li><h4><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 12px;">Anticipate & prioritize customer requirements, integrating them into ongoing product development efforts, and surpassing rising expectations.</span></h4></li><li><h4><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 12px;">Lead the preparation of technical quotations, input costs, and customer presentations while focusing on achieving favorable commercial outcomes.</span></h4></li><li><h4><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 12px;">Develop business plans, including new models, to adapt to changing value chains and ecosystems.</span></h4></li><li><h4><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 12px;">Ensure maximal product and platform reuse in customer quotations to drive efficiency and profitability.</span></h4></li><li><h4><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 12px;">Assist in defining and managing Bill of Materials (BOM) cost targets and maintain a comprehensive database for assigned product lines.</span></h4></li><li><h4><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 12px;">Work closely with sales and customer business groups to provide detailed product & technology knowledge, competitive insight, and pricing assistance necessary to win business at key accounts and grow share.</span></h4></li></ul><h4></h4><h4><span style="font-family: Arial;
