Role: SAP HR/Payroll Consultant
Experience: 4 10 Years
Location: Taramani, Chennai

What We're Looking For:

Strong hands-on experience in SAP HR/Payroll ECC 6.0 EHP8.
Mandatory experience in SAP SuccessFactors
Hands-on experience in all four modules: PA (Personnel Administration), OM (Organizational Management), TM (Time Management) and BC (Benefits Configuration).
Experience in any one or more of the following payroll domains: US / UK / EMEA Payroll.
Strong knowledge of payroll configuration, implementation, testing and production support.
Experience in payroll tax processing, tax configuration and financial postings.
Exposure to Rsite, BSI TaxFactory or other payroll tax engines is an added advantage.
Good understanding of SAP HR/Payroll integrations and troubleshooting.

What You'll Do:

Analyze business requirements and implement SAP HR/Payroll solutions.
Configure and support SAP HR modules and payroll processes.
Handle payroll-related issues, testing and production support.
Manage payroll tax updates and ensure accurate payroll processing.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams and external vendors.
Support system enhancements, integrations and continuous improvements.
