Technical Consultant – Observability Platform
Customer Consulting & Engagement
Serve as the technical contact for Bosch-internal customers using the Datadog platform.
Lead technical discovery sessions, workshops, architecture reviews, and solution discussions.
Translate business and operational requirements into practical observability solutions.
Support customer onboarding, migrations, proof-of-concepts, and adoption initiatives.
Technical Leadership
Provide technical guidance for complex observability and monitoring requirements.
Design scalable monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting strategies.
Advise development and operations teams on observability best practices.
Collaboration & Innovation
Collaborate with product owners and service managers of other Observability Solutions to continuously improve the Datadog service offering.
Evaluate emerging observability capabilities and AI-driven operations solutions.
Required Qualifications
Must Have
Hands-on experience with at least one leading observability or APM platform:

New Relic
Strong understanding of:
Application Performance Monitoring (APM)
Runtime Monitoring
Distributed Tracing
Service Reliability and Availability Monitoring
Architecture and Design
Experience with cloud technologies such as:
Microsoft Azure
Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Experience with:
Containerized applications
Microservices architectures
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and business audiences.
Educational qualification:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experience :
8+ years of experience in a technical consulting, solution architecture, platform engineering, or observability-focused role.
Mandatory/requires Skills :
Hands-on experience with at least one leading observability or APM platform:

Dynatrace
New Relic
Datadog certification and practical implementation experience.
Experience with OpenTelemetry and observability standards.
Knowledge of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles.
Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.
