Compensation:
* First 2 Months: $30–$50/hour
* Thereafter: $2,500/month + $500 for every job secured

About the Role

JenCube is recruiting on behalf of Eravolve LLC, a fast-growing US-based startup building global engineering teams.

We are looking for an experienced Technical Consultant (Senior Software Developer) to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable software solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in full-stack development, software architecture, and technical leadership, with the ability to collaborate directly with US clients and manage high-impact projects.

Key Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications.
* Lead software architecture and technical solution design.
* Build and maintain applications using Python/Django and React/Next.js.
* Collaborate directly with US-based clients to understand business and technical requirements.
* Lead development teams, provide technical guidance, and ensure code quality.
* Oversee project delivery while maintaining high engineering standards.
* Participate in code reviews, system optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Senior Full-Stack Software Developer.
* Strong proficiency in Python/Django and React/Next.js.
* Experience leading engineering teams and architecting scalable software solutions.
* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to work effectively within US time zones.
* Experience working with international or remote engineering teams is an advantage.
