ESH (Hong Kong) Limited Technical Consultant (Virtualization)

Job Responsibilities:

Implement and deploy HCI Hypervisor platform systems and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure solution and provide ongoing support and maintenance.
Implement SAN/NAS storage systems and deliver storage solution showcases, including live demonstrations and proof-of-concept setups.
Lead pre-planning activities and execute on-site deployments.
Work in non-office hours for supporting incident case and scheduled tasks.
Have Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mind.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
2+ years of relevant hands-on experience.
Proven delivery of HCI or virtualization platforms in production (design, build, upgrade, and support).
Strong expertise in at least one major hypervisor stack: VMware vSphere, Sangfor HCI, Nutanix AHV, or an equivalent hypervisor platform.
Solid experience implementing and operating server, storage, and network infrastructure, including SAN/NAS (block and file), zoning or equivalent connectivity, multipathing, and performance tuning.
Practical experience with enterprise backup and recovery (for example Veeam, Veritas, or equivalent), including application-aware backup and restore validation.
Knowledge of Virtual Desktop Environments (such as Sangfor VDI, Omnissa Horizon, Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop).
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

HCI Platform Certifications: VMware VCP/VCAP, Nutanix NCP/NCI, Sangfor HCI Associate/Professional, or vendor HCI specialist credentials.
VDI Certifications: Omnissa Horizon, Citrix (CCA-V/CCP-V), or equivalent vendor credentials.
Networking & Storage Certifications: CCNA, CCNP, or vendor-specific storage certifications (or equivalent deep operational experience with enterprise SAN/NAS).
Advanced Architecture Experience: Hands-on experience with hybrid/multi-site designs, stretched clusters, or cross-site storage replication.
