Technical Delivery Manager
Description
Salary: ₱70,000 – ₱85,000 per month
Job Summary:
The Technical Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of technology projects and ensuring alignment between technical teams and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of IT and software development projects.
Coordinate with stakeholders, product owners, developers, QA teams, and external vendors.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
Ensure project delivery aligns with business goals, technical requirements, and quality standards.
Monitor project progress, risks, and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Ensure effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Oversee release management, deployment activities, and post-implementation support.
Track project performance and prepare status reports for leadership.
Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and project management practices.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience in IT project delivery or software development management.
Proven experience managing cross-functional technical teams.
Has hands on experience in software development/programming.
Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
