Summary
Lead security systems and automation architecture, governance, and delivery for large-scale IT/OT projects, ensuring compliance and reliability across complex programs.
Responsibilities
1. Technical Strategy & Architecture
· Own end‑to‑end technical architecture
· Define technology roadmaps, standards, and reference architectures
· Approve platforms, designs, and adoption of new technologies
· Ensure alignment with Company business and growth strategy
2. Engineering Governance & Quality
· Establish engineering standards, best practices, and governance frameworks
· Lead technical design reviews for major bids and projects
· Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data protection, safety, and regulatory requirements
· Drive system reliability, performance, and maintainability
3. Project & Delivery Oversight
· Provide technical leadership for large, complex, or mission‑critical projects
· Resolve high‑risk technical issues and project escalations
· Ensure technical scope, cost, and risk are effectively managed
· Support smooth transition from project delivery to operations
4. Pre‑Sales & Customer Engagement
· Act as technical authority in pre‑sales and tender activities
· Lead solution design for complex or strategic opportunities
· Engage customers, consultants, and stakeholders on technical matters
· Present and defend technical solutions at executive level
5. Digital Enablement including security considerations
· Ensure security‑by‑design across all Company solutions
· Oversee IT/OT integration, system hardening, and network segmentation
6. Team Leadership & Capability Building
· Lead and mentor architects, technical leads, and senior engineers
· Build technical capability, succession planning, and competency frameworks
· Promote innovation, continuous improvement, and engineering excellence
7. Vendor & Partner Management
· Define technical engagement models with OEMs and technology partners
· Evaluate vendor roadmaps and technology alignment
· Drive standardisation to reduce cost, risk, and complexity
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Computer, Systems, or related discipline).
• 15+ years of experience in security systems, automation, or large‑scale systems integration.
• Proven track record in technical leadership for complex, multi‑disciplinary programs and projects.
• Strong experience in several of the following areas:
• Physical security platforms
• Infrastructure and networking with OT/IT convergence
• Cloud and data platforms
