Lumenalta is hiring a fully remote Technical Interviewer with a Data Engineering background to conduct second-round technical interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and help make hiring decisions for its client delivery teams. #### Your Role
- This position is to work with an internal team in the EST time zone.
- Conduct 2nd interviews that will test the technical depth of candidates and their suitability for positions available
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand the business needs promptly
- Be a vital part of the recruitment team
- Be a part of the management team within recruitment to aid with hiring decision-making
#### Requirements
- Senior Data Engineer with a deep understanding of data architecture, AI/ML integration, and backend systems
- Strong experience designing and deploying scalable, data-driven applications
- You have at least 5 years of experience working as an Engineer on projects at scale.
- You have hired other engineers to join your team in the past.
- You have worked in a high-growth, dynamic company
- Advanced English level
#### Location
This is a fully remote position; however, candidates must be based in regions that align with the Pacific, Central, or Eastern U.S. time zones to ensure effective collaboration with client and team schedules.
