Technical Lead - SFDC

We are looking for a skilled Technical Lead with 7 to 11 years of experience to join our team in the Employment Firms/Recruitment Services Firms industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce and technical leadership.

• Lead the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality software products.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and code samples.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues, providing timely resolutions and minimizing downtime.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, including configuration, customization, and integration.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems such as Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team of developers, providing guidance and mentorship.
