Job Description: Technical Lead Java & React.js

Experience: 10+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end full-stack application development using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and React.js.
• Design scalable REST APIs and microservices-based applications.
• Develop responsive UI components using React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Conduct code reviews, define coding standards, and mentor development teams.
• Collaborate with architects, QA, DevOps, and business teams.
• Ensure application performance, security, quality, and timely delivery.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, technical design, and production support.

Required Skills:

• Core Java, Spring Boot, Spring Security, Hibernate/JPA.
• React.js, JavaScript ES6+, Redux/Context API, HTML, and CSS.
• REST APIs, Microservices, SQL, and database optimization.
• Git, Maven, Jenkins, Docker, and cloud platforms.
• JUnit, Mockito, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Java and React.js.
• Proven technical leadership, problem-solving, and team mentoring skills.
