Technical Learning Specialist
Technology Excellence is a department built to grow technical capability across our engineering organization —
onboarding freshers into project-ready professionals and continuously upskilling engineers across Desktop, Web,
and AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities:

- Own our 4-month fresher onboarding program end to end — from induction to project deployment
- Proactively identify learning needs across technical teams and translate them into structured programs
- Curate and design technically accurate content using AI tools across Desktop, Web and AI domains
- Assess fresher readiness through code walkthroughs, POC reviews and structured evaluation
- Mentor individual learners — track progress, intervene early, give specific actionable feedback
Requirements
Must Have:
- B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science, IT or related Engineering field
- Strong proficiency in at least one language — C++, Java, C# or JavaScript.
- Python acceptable as secondary language, not as sole language
- Comfortable reading and reasoning through code — has built something real, even personal or college projects
- Uses AI tools naturally for learning, content creation and problem solving
- Proactive by nature — brings solutions not just problems, takes ownership without being directed
- Can explain complex technical concepts simply and clearly to someone encountering them for the first time
Good To Have:
- Prior experience in mentoring, teaching or training — formally or informally
- Exposure to any LMS platform
- Experience designing a structured learning program or curriculum
- Certifications in any relevant technical domain
