(1) In depth knowledge of local building byelaws, Local market practices and competition approach in respect of real-estate based lending

(2) Ensuring valuation related methodology and formats etc are compiled with.

(3) Visiting the property on need basis

(4) Ensuring time bound resolution of queries raised by stakeholders Business / CAD / RISK and other support units

Experience Range : 1 to 5 Years

Qualifications :

Graduate (Any Specialisation)
