ABOUT CHARIOT CLAIMS

Chariot Claims is an AI claims agent that helps consumers get paid for

every corporate violation impacting them — data breaches, privacy

violations, antitrust, and more. We've processed 65,000+ claims, with

projected consumer recovery of $75M+.

Chariot builds technology to challenge the status quo. We take bold swings

at the system to ascertain truth from stories, even if that means drawing

legal/PR fire from established actors who are territorial and profit from

the status quo.

As operators, we pride ourselves on our ethics, resilience, and humanity.

With each turn, we emerge smarter, better prepared, and with more insiders

who share our mission to build a better system. We're already working with

20+ law firms, including several among the five most active complex

litigation firms in the country.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a Technical Product Manager who can both shape what we

build and drive it through to launch. You'll own initiatives end-to-end

across a fast-moving, early-stage company. This role wears both hats:

hands-on product work (discovery, specs, prioritization, metrics) and the

delivery side (timelines, cross-functional coordination, launch readiness).

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

  • Own a product area end-to-end: defining the problem and opportunity, deciding what we build and when — including AI elements: prompt and eval design, quality thresholds, human-in-the-loop review

  • Write specs engineers can easily build from: data models, transitions, edge cases, UI/UX suggestions, high-level test cases

  • Own all success metrics post-launch (basic data analysis and SQL fluency ideal)

  • Run delivery across multiple workstreams: timelines, dependencies, and launch readiness, keeping things moving without heavy process

  • Manage and prioritize the backlog to keep Linear organized

  • Keep cross-functional teams aligned (Legal Strategy, Engineering, Design, Ops, Marketing) — be the person who knows the status of everything and communicates it

  • Ensure go-live readiness by creating and executing the launch plan so launches are clean and learnings fold back into the next iteration

WHO YOU ARE

  • 5+ years in product, including time owning a technical surface (platform, data, infra, or AI) with a track record of shipping software end-to-end

  • Highly organized with strong prioritization and stakeholder communication; nothing falls through the cracks

  • Detail-oriented with a strong operational and organizational mindset

  • Hands-on — able to define the plan and do the work to execute it

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and self-directed in a fast-moving startup; you don't wait to be told what to do

  • Familiar with agile ways of working (Scrum/Kanban) and PM tools (Linear, Airtable, Retool, Notion)

  • Can read an API spec, reason about data models and system boundaries, and hold your own in an architecture discussion with engineers

  • Experience with experimentation and product analytics — funnel analysis, A/B tests; PostHog, Amplitude, Mixpanel or similar

  • Bonus: experience in a regulated industry — legal, healthcare, or finance

WHY JOIN NOW

  • Massive greenfield to build meaningful products that hold corporations accountable, in an era of unchecked corporate greed and weakening regulatory oversight

  • Competitive salary, equity, and benefits in a fast-growing, high-impact startup

  • Great vibes, sharp teammates, mission-led culture

  • 2–4 offsites per year in beautiful, cultural destinations; expenses covered for you and a +1
