Technical Product Manager
You will own product initiatives from concept through execution, translate business and user needs into product requirements, partner with engineering on scalable technical solutions, manage the roadmap, define success metrics, analyze performance, lead experimentation, and communicate priorities across stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive product initiatives from concept to execution
- Translate business goals and user needs into product requirements and technical solutions
- Partner with engineering teams to design scalable solutions and evaluate trade-offs
- Manage and evolve the product roadmap
- Drive development of mobile experiences, web platforms, SDKs, and AI-powered capabilities
- Collaborate on content, personalization, advertising, programmatic, and commerce products
- Launch, test, measure, and improve product features
- Define success metrics and analyze product performance
- Lead experimentation, A/B testing, and validation of product ideas
- Communicate product vision, progress, and priorities
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product management, technical product management, software engineering, or a related technical role
- Strong technical understanding
- Experience with mobile products, web platforms, APIs, SDKs, or enterprise solutions
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value and user experiences
- Experience with agile development processes and cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical mindset
- Polish and English language proficiency
- Experience with mobile ecosystems, AI-powered products, recommendation systems, personalization, advertising technology, programmatic advertising, ecommerce, or monetization products is a plus
