We are seeking passionate individuals in technical product management to join our team and drive the implementation of technical products, ultimately improving the Shopee App's efficiency and overall product experience.

Job Description:

• Acquire a thorough understanding of app technical products and manage daily product and project operations.
• Develop product designs and solutions that align with short and long-term team goals.
• Learn and develop an understanding of business needs and technical systems.
• Support AI integration efforts across App platform capabilities and engineering workflows, helping identify opportunities to improve efficiency and automate processes.
• Work closely with engineering, QA, product teams, and regional stakeholders to support the delivery of cross-functional products and initiatives.
• Contribute ideas to improve App development processes and platform capabilities, building ownership over specific areas of App quality over time.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field.
• Past internship experience in technical products is a plus.
• Solid technical foundation and strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with genuine curiosity about how complex technical systems and engineering workflows operate.
• Hands-on interest and experience using AI tools for analysis, prototyping, problem-solving, or personal projects; exposure to AI Agents is a plus.
• Comfortable in a dynamic environment, able to respond to evolving priorities quickly and systematically.
• Strong communication skills to communicate with technical and non technical stakeholders.
