Technical Product Marketing Lead, AI Data Cloud
At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done.
Snowflake is about empowering enterprises to achieve their full potential — and people too. With a culture that's all in on impact, innovation, and collaboration, Snowflake is the sweet spot for building big, moving fast, and taking technology — and careers — to the next level.
Snowflake is growing fast and we're scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth. We're passionate about our people, our customers, our values and our culture! We're also looking for people with a growth mindset and the pragmatic insight to solve for today while building for the future. And as a Snowflake employee, you will be accountable for supporting and enabling diversity and belonging.
This role bridges technical product innovation with commercial GTM execution to accelerate platform adoption and drive global market expansion. You will build cross-functional frameworks across Sales, Developer Experience, Enablement, Field Marketing, and Product to scale builder engagement and power marquee product launches. The primary mandate is to optimize the developer marketing funnel and ensure field-facing GTM initiatives map directly to revenue and adoption outcomes.
What You’ll Do
Own end-to-end PMM programs designed to accelerate platform usage, expand AI Data Cloud penetration, and meet core sales growth targets across technical personas.
Lead story development, messaging, and live demonstration narratives for primary Builder keynotes, major industry events, and flagship product moments.
Collaborate closely with Enablement to develop battle cards, technical playbooks, and training assets that empower technical sellers to land technical differentiation and close deals faster.
Partner directly with the Developer Experience team to optimize, streamline, and scale the end-to-end acquisition and activation funnel for builder personas.
Own the strategic direction and ROI of technical event footprints (such as the Connect event series and Sonic Booms programs), refining content, target audiences, and regional delivery to maximize pipeline and community engagement.
Serve as a trusted partner to Field Marketing, Frontier Engineering, Partner, and Sales teams, delivering deal acceleration materials and localized execution guidance.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
8+ years of Product Marketing experience in B2B enterprise software, SaaS, developer platforms, or cloud infrastructure (prior experience as a PMM leader driving cross-functional GTM programs preferred).
Proven track record driving top-of-funnel awareness/adoption and bottom-line sales growth through strategic marketing programs.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex enterprise data, AI, and developer tools into high-impact keynotes, demo scripts, and clear value propositions.
Strong track record partnering directly with Sales Engineering, Enablement, Developer Relations/DX, and Field Marketing.
Experience owning and rationalizing targeted technical event strategies focused on audience acquisition, pipeline generation, and funnel efficiency.
Excellent executive communication, program management, and strategic positioning skills.
