We are technology geeks so it would be good if you have some experience in software engineering or systems analysis so we can speak the same language.

Since our product is getting bigger and bigger we need someone who will help us:

  • Plan, execute and deliver on the roadmap for backend services loyalty program and customer communication domain backend services

  • Work with the Product Managers, Business Owners, Business Stakeholders to understand the needs and translate them into backlog items for Scrum Team

  • Build better cooperation with other Dev Teams, be a Team Front Man

  • Take responsibility for Team efforts outcome, set priorities, monitor issues status

If you need more details, here come our expectations:

  • At least 3 years of proven experience in performing product and management responsibilities, leading product backlog, managing roadmaps of epics, setting milestones for development and delivery

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Business/System Analyst or a Software Developer to easily understand backend services, APIs, architecture

  • Have experience and proven track record of leading international digitalization projects that have high complexity and attention from top management

  • Strong business acumen, an analytical mindset, from HLD to attention to details and edge cases, keen interest in technology, observability, metrics for products and services

  • Strong customer focus

  • Experience in agile projects with many dependencies, cooperation with Scrum Team and Engineering Manager plus various levels of architects (working knowledge of SAFe considered a plus)

  • Strong working (hands on) knowledge on Jira, Confluence, Software Development Life Cycle from requirements analysis to quality assurance

  • Have strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with critical thinking and good decision-making abilities.

  • Excellent English skills, written and spoken.

  • Excellent Polish skills, written and spoken (Team is working in Polish day to day).

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent industry experience

  • Prior experience with cloud technologies (Azure) considered a plus
