About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Owner / Delivery Lead to steer integration-focused teams within a large-scale data and financial crime prevention environment. This multifaceted role blends product ownership, delivery leadership, and a strong technical background in integrations, APIs, microservices, and data flows.

You will be responsible for maximizing business value delivered by the Integration Teams while collaborating closely with architects, product managers, and technical stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own and prioritize the Product Backlog for Integration Teams

  • Lead delivery of integration and orchestration solutions

  • Define and communicate team objectives and priorities

  • Collaborate with architects, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery

  • Translate business needs into actionable backlog items and user stories

  • Ensure backlog transparency, visibility, and alignment across teams

  • Support solution design, including functional and non-functional requirements

  • Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and impediments

  • Work closely with development teams on integration and data-related initiatives

  • Contribute to governance, standards, and continuous improvement activities

  • Drive Agile ways of working and stakeholder alignment


Requirements (Must-have)

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience as Product Owner, Delivery Lead, Project Manager, or Execution Leader

  • Proven experience working in Agile environments

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Technical knowledge of Java Microservices, REST APIs, SQL, PostgreSQL

  • Hands-on experience with integration solutions and data flows

  • Skilled in managing product backlogs and prioritization

  • Ability to break down large initiatives into deliverable user stories

  • Strong understanding of Agile principles and delivery processes

  • Experience collaborating with architects, developers, and business stakeholders

  • Fluent in English


Nice to Have

  • Experience in banking, financial services, or financial crime prevention

  • SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) certification

  • Knowledge of Core J2EE Design Patterns

  • Basic Java programming skills

  • Experience working with Big Data environments
