About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to drive complex semiconductor/SoC programs from planning through silicon tape-out and post-silicon validation. The role requires strong technical understanding, program ownership, execution excellence, and exceptional stakeholder-management skills. You will collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams, leadership, customers, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end program execution for SoC/ASIC and semiconductor programs through silicon tape-out and validation.
  • Define program plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across Architecture, Design, Verification, Physical Design, DFT, Firmware, and Validation.
  • Track tape-out readiness, technical dependencies, and critical program milestones.
  • Manage external vendors, technology partners, foundries, and customers.
  • Drive issue resolution, risk mitigation, and timely escalation across teams.
  • Prepare program status updates and communicate effectively with senior leadership and external stakeholders.
  • Manage programs involving Government/PSU/strategic technology stakeholders, where applicable.


Requirements

  • 8–15 years of experience in Technical Program Management / Engineering Program Management, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
  • Strong understanding of SoC/ASIC development lifecycle and silicon tape-out.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional technical programs.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder-management, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong planning, problem-solving, risk-management, and execution capabilities.
  • Ability to work effectively with technical teams as well as senior business and external stakeholders.

Good to Have

  • Experience working on Government, PSU, Defence, Telecom, or strategic technology projects.
  • Experience dealing with government stakeholders, structured approval processes, documentation, and compliance.
  • Exposure to 5G, ORAN, Wireless, Networking, or Communication SoCs.
  • Experience working with semiconductor foundries, IP vendors, or OSATs.
  • PMP/PGMP certification.
