Responsibilities
- Own strategic customer deployments from initial planning through organization-wide rollout
- Drive alignment, execution, and decision-making across customer stakeholders and internal teams
- Turn ambiguity into clear plans, identify risks, and keep complex programs moving forward
- Build trusted relationships with engineering leaders, executives, and technical teams
- Create playbooks, processes, and an operating model for enterprise deployments
- Bring customer feedback to product and engineering
Requirements
- Experience leading large cross-functional technical projects with significant stakeholder complexity
- Customer-facing experience and a record of building trust with senior technical and business leaders
- Ability to understand technical systems and communicate with engineers
- Organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with enterprise software deployments, technical consulting, solutions architecture, or program management
- Background with developer tools, infrastructure, AI products, or technical platforms
- Experience partnering with large engineering organizations and executive stakeholders
- Experience at a high-growth startup
