Technical Program Manager Infrastructure

You will lead cross-functional programs covering infrastructure cost attribution, GPU allocation, capacity planning, reliability, migrations, and R&D spending efficiency. You will turn technical and financial data into clear recommendations, run recurring reviews, track progress, escalate blockers, and deliver measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own COGS and R&D cost-attribution programs across inference, compute, and infrastructure workloads
• Drive GPU and infrastructure resource-allocation frameworks and recurring leadership reviews
• Scope and lead programs in cost optimization, capacity planning, reliability, and migration
• Track progress, escalate blockers, and ensure program outcomes
• Partner with engineering leaders on resource tradeoffs, investment prioritization, and operational improvements
• Analyze dashboards, data, and systems to produce models, analyses, and recommendations

Requirements

• 5+ years in technical program management or similar roles in highly technical environments
• Experience with cloud infrastructure costs, GPU or compute capacity planning, or COGS and R&D attribution
• Analytical ability with cost data, utilization metrics, and financial models
• Ability to drive cross-functional programs across engineering, machine learning, and finance without direct authority
