Technical Project Manager Auth
Summary
Technical Project Manager leading cross-functional delivery for Auth (identity, wallets, stablecoin funding) using JIRA, Atlassian tools, and agile practices.
You will execute and deliver complex cross-functional software projects for the Auth product and technology vertical. You will organize JIRA releases and ceremonies, manage delivery calendars and reporting, facilitate projects from scoping through production rollout, coordinate dependencies, surface risks, support resourcing, improve PDLC processes, and build automated AI reporting.
Responsibilities
- Organize teams in JIRA through releases, milestones, sprint planning, and ceremonies
- Own delivery calendars and drive ceremony rhythms
- Create and maintain delivery, release, and velocity dashboards
- Facilitate delivery from scoping through production rollout
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage dependencies
- Maintain delivery plans and surface risks early
- Implement PDLC best practices and improve processes
- Support team resourcing
- Build automated AI reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in technical project management
- Experience in fintech, blockchain, or cryptocurrency companies
- Mastery of Jira and the Atlassian product suite
- Experience managing complex cross-functional software development projects
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
- Communication, organization, and stakeholder management
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with remote or globally distributed teams
- Understanding of account linking and authentication infrastructure
- Experience with wallet integrations, chain abstraction mechanisms, stablecoin funding integration, identity verification, compliance confirmation, and secure asset transfer
