Technical Project Manager

Summary

Technical Project Manager at Mobileye orchestrating execution across autonomous-driving projects—building integrated plans, managing risks, and collaborating with R&D, architects, and system engineers to drive delivery of complex, multi-team technical programs.

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our Bring-Up and execution team to support the scalable delivery of autonomous-driving projects.
This is a complex and dynamic role that requires deep technical understanding, detailed planning and tracking of development activities, and effective
collaboration with several teams, different stakeholders and management.
In this role, you will orchestrate and accelerate execution across multiple projects, cutting across teams, groups, and technical domains.

What will your Job look like?

  • Establish execution governance, standards and operating cadences; maintain reliable status, and provide concise, decision-oriented reporting to top management.
  • Build and maintain integrated plans that translate the project portfolio roadmap into clear milestones, ownership, dependencies, resource needs and measurable delivery commitments.
  • Partner closely with R&D groups, technical project managers, architects and system engineers to challenge plans constructively, support prioritization and enable timely trade-off decisions.
  • Drive execution-focused technical discussions to unblock delivery and ensure alignment across workstreams.
  • Proactively manage risks and blockers across software, system, development-infrastructure, test and customer-program stakeholders; drive escalation, decisions and closure when ownership is unclear.
  • Improve execution through automation and modern tooling, including automated reporting, live status views and AI-assisted workflows that reduce manual effort and improve data quality.

All you need is:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or another relevant technical field (M.Sc./MBA is an advantage)
  • 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, or a similar role involving complex technology products.
  • Strong planning, risk management and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to understand technical details while maintaining a portfolio level view.
  • Proven ability to lead through influence, align diverse stakeholders, resolve ambiguity and drive decisions and commitments without direct authority.
  • Outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills conducive to collaboration.
  • Background working with distributed teams and highly interdependent technical programs.
  • Fluency in Hebrew and English.
  • Experience in the automotive industry - an advantage.
