Technical Project Manager
Summary
A hands-on Technical Project Manager owning end-to-end delivery of enterprise C#/.NET (Microsoft stack) applications: gathering business requirements, overseeing internal developers and vendors, tracking milestones, budgets and risks, and leading UAT and change management.
Salary: $8,500 – $9,500 per month
About the role
We are seeking a hands-on Technical Project Manager with strong experience in managing enterprise-level applications, ideally on Microsoft stack. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical foundation, capable of bridging business and technical teams, while driving project delivery and system enhancements.
Key responsibilities
Manage end-to-end delivery of technical projects, focusing on C#.NET / Microsoft Stack applications
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and translate needs into technical solutions
Oversee solution design, development, and deployment activities with internal developers and/or vendors
Ensure Applications customizations, integrations, and workflows meet business needs
Track project milestones, budgets, timelines, and risks; provide timely updates to senior management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, infrastructure, and support teams
Lead UAT planning, issue resolution, and change management processes
Manage technical documentation and ensure system compliance with organizational standards
Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or relevant
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years of project management experience
Proven experience in project management of C#/.NET applications, delivered at least 2 full end-to-end projects
Prior background in software engineering focusing on Microsoft technologies (e.g. C#.NET, .NETcore and equivalent) is a must
Strong experience managing technical teams and external vendors
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery models
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills
Background in software development or technical business analysis
