Project:

• Support enterprise level AI-powered customer experience platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate enterprise software implementation projects from planning through delivery.
• Prepare and maintain FRS, BRD, HLD, LLD, project documentation, and status reports.
• Manage project schedules, risks, resources, milestones, and stakeholder communications.
• Work closely with business users, engineers, QA, and infrastructure teams.
• Support requirements gathering, change requests, and project governance activities.
• Track deliverables and ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope and timelines.

Skills Requirements:

• 3–5 years in Technical Project Coordination, Systems/Business Analysis, or Software Delivery.
• Minimum 1–2 years managing software implementation or technical projects.
• Experience preparing FRS, BRD, HLD, LLD, and functional documentation.
• Good understanding of project scheduling, risk management, stakeholder communication, and SDLC.

Technical Competencies:

• Basic understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, API Gateway, Middleware, and Authentication.
• Familiarity with API documentation, Interface Agreements, Swagger/OpenAPI or Postman.
• Knowledge of Requirements Traceability, RAID, RACI, and project governance.
• Exposure to Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills.

Good to haves:

• Telecommunications, Contact Centre, AI, or Digital Transformation projects.
• CRM, Omnichannel, AI Voice Bot or AI Agent Assist exposure.
• WSO2 or equivalent middleware platforms.
• Exposure to ISO/CMMI documentation standards.
• PMP Certification (Preferred).

Work Location:

• Kuala Lumpur, 4 days in office working arrangement.
