Technical Project Manager - Systems & Integration Specialist

emagine is looking for a Technical Project Manager who is experienced within integrations for one of our partners.

Their digital transformation initiative is aimed at creating an integrated project management and collaboration environment, enabling efficient planning, execution, reporting, and data exchange across multiple business systems.

This Consultant will be a Project Management Systems & Integration Specialist and will interact with the Project Team, configuring and setting up all the tools. The role must be local in DK.

Role Purpose:
The Consultant will design, set up, configure and support an integrated project management systems landscape. The role translates business and project-control requirements into secure, maintainable solutions and interfaces across Oracle, Autodesk, SAP, ALM and Microsoft 365 platforms, ensuring reliable data exchange, traceability and operational adoption.

Key Responsibilities:
Solution design: Assess business processes, data flows and integration requirements; define target architecture, interfaces, ownership, standards and implementation roadmaps.

Platform setup and configuration: Configure Oracle Primavera Cloud, Oracle Core Model, Autodesk Forma, SAP Business ByDesign, Jira, Polarion and SharePoint, including structures, workflows, fields, permissions, templates and reporting views.

Integration development: Design, build and maintain REST API interfaces between the listed platforms and other API-enabled tools, including authentication, payload mapping, validation, error handling, logging and retry mechanisms.

Automation and programming: Develop utilities, scripts, macros and workflow automations using C#, Python, VBA and related technologies to reduce manual effort and improve data quality.

Data and interface management: Define master-data rules, mappings and synchronization logic; support migration, reconciliation, versioning and end-to-end traceability.

Testing and deployment: Prepare technical specifications and test cases; execute unit, integration and user-acceptance testing; coordinate releases, environment promotion and post-deployment stabilization.

Operations and support: Monitor integrations, troubleshoot incidents, perform root-cause analysis, manage changes and maintain system performance, availability and security.

Documentation and collaboration: Maintain architecture, configuration, interface and support documentation; work closely with project controls, engineering, finance, IT, vendors and end users; provide training and handover.


Key Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering Management or a related discipline; equivalent practical experience may be considered.

Integration expertise: Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, OAuth 2.0, webhooks, API testing and system-to-system integration patterns.

Programming: Working proficiency in C#, Python and VBA/macros; ability to produce readable, reusable and supportable code.

Platform knowledge: Practical experience configuring enterprise project, ERP, ALM or collaboration tools. Direct exposure to several named platforms is strongly preferred.

Delivery capability: Requirements analysis, solution design, data mapping, testing, deployment, documentation and production support.

Professional skills: Structured problem-solving, stakeholder communication and the ability to work independently across business and technical teams in a consulting environment.
