Technical Recruiter
You will own complex technical hiring end to end across product engineering, machine learning and artificial intelligence, infrastructure, and research. You will develop search strategies, partner with hiring managers, manage candidate processes, advise candidates, and improve recruiting systems and processes.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across product engineering, machine learning and artificial intelligence, infrastructure, and research
- Partner with hiring managers to understand problems and calibrate hiring signals
- Design and execute search strategies
- Conduct market mapping and outreach
- Design interviews and close candidates
- Manage multiple complex searches
- Guide candidates through the recruiting process
- Represent ElevenLabs to candidates
- Improve hiring processes, tools, and data-driven practices
Requirements
- Experience hiring engineering and technical talent in competitive markets
- Experience running full-cycle technical recruiting
- Experience with sourcing strategy, stakeholder management, and closing
- Ability to manage complex searches with many moving parts
- Ability to translate technical and business needs into hiring strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to collaborate across global time zones
- Interest in engineering and artificial intelligence
