  • Proven experience in technical sales, business development, and distributor/channel management.
  • Experience working with inspection companies, service providers, asset owners, or operators within oil & gas, petrochemical, power generation, manufacturing, or related sectors is highly preferred.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to translate customer requirements into practical inspection solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently across a geographically diverse region.
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM or similar sales management tools.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout Sub-Saharan Africa.

What will your typical day look like?

  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across the NDT market within the assigned territory.
  • Develop and execute market growth plans alongside regional distributor partners.
  • Build and manage relationships with key customers, asset owners, EPCs, inspection companies, and industry stakeholders.
  • Conduct customer visits, technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution workshops.
  • Support distributors with opportunity development, pipeline management, and project pursuit activities.
  • Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and project documentation to support successful deal closure.
  • Provide technical consultation and application support for NDT solutions and inspection challenges.
  • Deliver product training and capability-building programs for distributors and customers.
  • Maintain accurate opportunity pipelines, forecasts, and customer records in Salesforce CRM.
