We're hiring a hands-on Technical Aircraft Specialist to join a high-performing team and contribute directly to production quality, process improvement, and new product launches.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day technical support to production, ensuring optimal product performance and quality.
- Manage product definition and evolution, working closely with IPT (Integrated Product Team).
- Lead root cause analysis and implement quality improvement activities (8D, FTQP).
- Coordinate new product introductions and support customer return investigations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen) and maintain key KPIs (R1, FPY).
- Collaborate with Design Authority and cross-functional teams across departments.

✅ Requirements
- NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Engineering (preferably aerospace)
- 1–5 years of relevant hands-on experience in a manufacturing or technical support environment
- Prefer applicant who has experience working in aviation industry
