Our respected client is seeking a Technical Specialist specializes in Cyber Security products with a strong technical background. This job is fully on-site and based in Bangkok office.
Job Summary
The Technical Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating projects and providing technical support. He or she will collaborate with the Sales Team to define project scopes, capture client requirements, and design solution architectures. Major responsible will be managing technical support post-sales, also identify opportunities for improving customer experience and share insights with the team. Proactive communication with management ensures project updates are clear and frequent.
Job Responsibilities
Act as the business analyst and project coordinator for clients.
Able to do/oversee post-sale process.
Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to offer pre-sales support and define project scopes.
Utilize various methods including interviews, document analysis, and workflow analysis to capture client requirements.
Design solution architectures and take ownership of technical terms.
Manage technical support for after-sales service.
Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and make recommendations accordingly.
Provide support to clients during Proof of Concept activities.
Take initiative in initiating and controlling the project delivery process to ensure satisfaction.
Proactively communicate and regularly meet with management to provide project updates.
Share product, process, and client information discovered during projects with the team.
Job Requirements
Proven years of experience in pre-sales/post-sale consulting and project management in IT Infrastructure and Cybersecurity.
Experience in Vulnerability Assessment and Cybersecurity incident response is a plus.
Able to do/oversee post-sale process. With strong technical background.
Possessed Network Engineer, Engineering background.
Proficiency in root cause analysis and complex problem-solving in IT systems and security.
Language: Fluent in both written and spoken English and Thai.
Computer: Knowledge of endpoint security, network security, system administration (Windows, Linux, and MAC), and enterprise systems.
Understanding of Virtualization Technology, High Availability, and backup/restore concepts.
