About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Specialist to join our growing cybersecurity team. This role combines technical expertise, customer engagement, and solution consulting. You will work closely with Sales, customers, and technology partners to design, implement, and support cybersecurity solutions that address real business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the technical subject matter expert for cybersecurity products and solutions.

• Support the Sales team in customer engagements, technical discussions, and solution presentations.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable cybersecurity solutions.

• Conduct solution demonstrations, Proof of Concept (PoC), and technical workshops.

• Design solution architectures and prepare technical proposals.

• Lead implementation, deployment, and integration projects.

• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide post-sales support.

• Develop technical documentation, implementation guides, and best practices.

• Deliver product training to customers and internal teams.

• Collaborate with vendors and regional technical teams on project delivery.

• Stay up to date with cybersecurity trends, technologies, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Cybersecurity, IT Infrastructure, Technical Support, Systems Engineering, Pre-Sales, or related roles.

• Strong knowledge of:

  • Endpoint Security

  • Network Security

  • Windows & Linux Administration

  • Active Directory

  • Enterprise IT Infrastructure

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and presentation abilities.

• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with:

  • Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR)

  • Vulnerability Assessment (VA)

  • SIEM Solutions

  • Security Monitoring & Log Analysis

• Knowledge of:

  • Virtualization Technologies

  • Backup & Recovery Solutions

  • High Availability Systems

  • Scripting or Programming Languages

• Relevant certifications such as Security+, CEH, CISSP, CISM, or vendor certifications will be an advantage.
