Technical Support Analyst

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Support Analyst to join our team at Winmill in New York, NY for a 2-month contract. This temporary position is ideal for individuals looking to expand their support expertise in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolves helpdesk tickets including but not limited to user login/authentication issues, software and hardware issues, peripherals, print/imaging devices, etc.

• Provides desk side technical support as needed.

• Responds to group or individual moves for computer and phone.

• Follows-up and keeps all open support tickets updated until issues are resolved.

• Provides support for all desktop software, including Microsoft Office 2007/2010/2013, Adobe suites, anti-virus, and other applications as necessary.

• Proactively communicates status reports and issues to Senior IT staff.

• Successfully completes all relevant general and technical training programs in accordance with Performance Agreement goals and objectives.

• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar technical support or helpdesk role.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Familiarity with various operating systems and software applications.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
