· Assist with Azure-related support including user access, basic cloud administration, identity management, and troubleshooting.

· Work with Intune or endpoint management tools for device compliance, configuration, and application deployment.

· Support security and access controls such as MFA, password resets, conditional access basics, and account protection.

· Help users adopt M365 and AI-based tools effectively to improve productivity.

Infrastructure, Networking & Systems Support

· Troubleshoot network-related issues including LAN, WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, firewalls, and connectivity problems.

· Provide support across Windows and Linux environments, including installation, configuration, patching, and basic administration.

· Monitor and support endpoint performance, system availability, and common infrastructure issues.

· Assist with backup checks, asset tracking, inventory management, and IT documentation.

· Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams to resolve escalated technical issues.

AI Tools, Automation & Process Improvement

· Support and guide users on AI productivity tools, including Microsoft Copilot or similar AI-enabled workplace tools.

· Identify opportunities to automate repetitive IT support tasks and improve service efficiency.

· Create and maintain knowledge base articles, troubleshooting guides, and standard operating procedures.

· Contribute to IT improvement projects, system upgrades, migrations, and new tool rollouts.

· Stay updated with emerging technologies and bring practical ideas to improve internal IT operations.

· Strong experience supporting Microsoft 365 services such as Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Exchange Online.

· Practical experience with Azure, Entra ID / Azure AD, user access management, MFA, and basic cloud administration.

· Strong troubleshooting experience across Windows desktop/server environments.

· Good working knowledge of Linux systems and basic command-line troubleshooting.

· Solid understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and firewall basics.

· Experience supporting endpoint devices, laptops, desktops, printers, peripherals, and remote users.

· Familiarity with ITSM tools, ticketing systems, SLA management, and incident/request handling.

· Experience working with AI tools, automation tools, or modern workplace productivity platforms.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and quick turnaround expectations.

· Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users.

· Good documentation skills and experience maintaining support guides, asset records, and process documents.

· Strong ownership mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

· Experience supporting global users or working in a multi-location environment.

· Knowledge of backup tools, monitoring tools, and remote support platforms.
