We are looking for Experienced Technical Support Intern with a growth mindset, interested in wearing many hats, and willingness to roll up their sleeves to launch and assist our business leader to grow our market in Malaysia and Southeast Asia. In this fast-paced role, you will work directly with the senior management team to establish at-scale operations within weeks.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting the software enhancement and digital workflow.

• Configuring the software for deployment and setup of administration task.

• Resolving any software problems/issues.

• Familiarity with computer software systems such as Adobe, Microsoft, and more.

• Offering aid to the IT department, including technical ticketing portal support, and more.
