What You’ll Be Doing (Focused Scope)
Support daily IT infrastructure (PCs, printers, network, devices)
Troubleshoot hardware and basic network issues
Assist in setup, installation & maintenance of IT equipment
Manage IT asset inventory and documentation
Support system access, user setup, and basic configurations
Assist IT team in infrastructure-related tasks and upgrades
Who We’re Looking For
Diploma/Degree in IT / Computer Science or related
Basic understanding of hardware, OS, and networking
Hands-on, willing to troubleshoot and learn
Good communication with users
Responsible and detail-oriented
