Technical Support Officer

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for Government projects and on-site operations

• Deliver technical support for IT managed services, including 5G Mobile Broadband solutions and system administration

• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support for Mobile Device Management (MDM), Mobile VPN projects

• Coordinate with internal platform support teams to facilitate system integration and issue resolution

• Serve as Tier 2 support for the Technical Help Desk, handling escalated technical issues

• Provide 24 x 7 emergency on-site support for service incidents affecting corporate customers

• Ensure service availability and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt issue resolution

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science, information Technology or Engineering disciplines

• 3 years' professional experience in ICT/mobile solutions project

• Solid experience in system integration and network infrastructure is preferred; knowledge of AI technologies would be an advantage

• Excellent client-facing and vendor management skills, with strong communication and interpersonal abilities

• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Technical Support Officer
