Technical Team Lead / Engineering Manager

ResQ112 is a specialized SaaS/PaaS platform delivering next-generation Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) technology tailored for Instant Medical Response.

Vision: Building resilient, low-latency dispatch and real-time coordination systems for modern service networks.

Technology: Spearheading end-to-end software architecture across cloud infrastructure, real-time routing engine design, and offline-capable mobile dispatch environments.

Team & Growth: Steering product strategy, corporate operations, and leading a core multidisciplinary engineering team through platform development and rollout.

Role & responsibilities

• Lead technical architecture, system design, and domain-driven design (DDD).
• Conduct daily standups, code reviews, and sprint planning.
• Ensure cross-functional technical alignment across backend, web, mobile, and GIS.
• Manage release governance and technical risk mitigation.

Preferred candidate profile

• 8+ years in full-stack/backend engineering with 2+ years in team lead roles.
• Deep expertise in C#/.NET Core ecosystem and multi-tenant architectures.
• Proven track record delivering cloud-native distributed platforms.
• Excellent communication and technical leadership skills.
