Work set-up: Hybrid

Flexible to work on shifting schedule if business asks (weekends, night shift, holidays)

Certifications is a plus:

Certified Professional Technical Communicator (CPTC) ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP)

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Communication, Journalism, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• 3-5 years experience in IT Technical Writing.

• Knowledge of API documentation tools.

• Knowledgable of IT software being used for technical writing.

Desired:

• Experience in US healthcare industry.

• Experience documenting SaaS or cloud-based products.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Understanding of UX writing principles.

• Experience with knowledge management systems.
