Technical Writer

We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing, with experience in DITA and media design. As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating clear and concise documentation that effectively communicates complex information to our audience. You will work closely with subject matter experts to gather information and translate it into user-friendly content. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, online help, and training materials. - Collaborate with engineers and product managers to understand product features and functionality. - Utilize DITA to create structured content that can be reused across multiple documents. - Design and create media assets, such as diagrams and illustrations, to enhance documentation. - Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and adheres to company standards. - Participate in reviews and revisions of documentation to ensure quality and clarity.
