Technical Writer

We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our team in Karnataka, Maharashtra, or Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing and media design, with a focus on creating clear and concise documentation for our products and services. As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for developing user manuals, online help guides, and other technical documentation that meets the needs of our users. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Key responsibilities include researching and writing technical content, editing and proofreading documents, and maintaining a consistent style and tone across all materials. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Familiarity with DITA (Darwin Information Typing Architecture) is highly desirable.
