Technician Back-Office T&L (Transport & Logistics)
Responsibilities
- Control and verify transport billing related to sales.
- Analyze and manage transport cost overruns.
- Handle and resolve transport-related disputes and claims.
- Investigate billing discrepancies (price, quantity, missing PO).
- Monitor transport KPIs and maintain performance dashboards.
- Support compliance with transport and safety procedures.
- Basic knowledge of transport and logistics processes.
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel and logistics IT systems.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English and French.
